All orders are shipped within 72 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. When one of our Designer items is purchased you will be required to sign for your package. This ensures YOU receive your treasure and no one else receives it. If you would like your item wrapped as a gift, please inform us prior to shipment and we will be happy to include tissue paper, a gift bag and even an occasion card! When you open the box you will uncover the special present you have ordered and be delighted with the packaging!

If you have chosen to receive a Certificate of Authenticity on your Designer Fashion Accessory purchase, please be aware the shipment will be delayed up to 5 business days. The item will NOT be shipped until the certificate has been received.

If you choose to purchase a "Precious Porcelain" item it will be packaged with the utmost of safety materials. We take every precaution to ensure your precious items arrive safely. The boxes may be larger than expected to ensure your heirloom is cushioned properly. In the rare event your treasure arrives damaged, please snap some pictures of your item AND THE SHIPPING BOX. We will need this information to file an insurance claim.

We are located in the beautiful state of Florida, USA. Shipment, even through Priority Mail often takes a bit longer to arrive in areas such as Hawaii and Alaska. We utilize Fedex, USPS and UPS. If you have a preference, please inform us at the time of purchase.


Return Policy: VintageParisDesigns will furnish a full refund for any designer items provided we are notified within 3 days of receipt that the customer requests a return. The item must be returned in the same condition as at the time of sale, using the site pictures as a form of reference. A refund will be issued to the original payment method or venue.  If you would like to return an item, please notify our support team by email within three (3) business days. We will respond via email. Damaged items deemed damaged by opening the packaging with sharp objects will not be refunded.

All returns must be packaged with the proper cushioning and wrapping materials that support a safe shipment and return delivery. Items, broken, chipped or cracked received back in our offices without the proper cushioning materials will not be refunded. Insurance for full sale value must be included in the return shipping. Although we honor our customers and their returns, please be aware of the condition of the item before return by snapping a few pictures. This will aid in any concerns of the condition of the items in the future. We appreciate your cooperation.

All returns must be received back in our offices within 10 business days. Please utilize the Contact Form to provide the shipping tracking information.  

All designer items must be returned with the VINTAGEPARISDESIGNS hang tag still attached, if originally present. Do not remove this tag until you have determined you will retain your item.
